Overview

MedChem Codex is a public medicinal-chemistry reference and teaching surface: structure, structure–activity relationships, and the vocabulary of ligands.

Problem

SAR is usually trapped in lecture slides. A codex should let someone look up the reasoning, not only the structure.

Solution

One site organised as a codex — structure and SAR written in the language a designer actually uses.
