What is different
The same person makes the molecules, reads the spectra, and builds the systems that teach or report the work. Pharmacy is the professional base. The M.Sc. is the scientific centre. Data and the platforms sit beside both.
About
I am a pharmacist and pharmaceutical chemistry researcher working at the intersection of medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and scientific technology.

Ahmed Mohamed Fathi Ahmed Abdelrahim. Based in Cairo, Egypt. The public name of the practice is Ahmed Mohamed Fathi. The scientific centre is an M.Sc. in pharmaceutical chemistry at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University. Around it: analytical systems, and learning platforms that treat a method as a studio.
Wolf & Deer, a small fragrance house, is a separate venture. It is documented under Entrepreneurship so it does not stand in for the research.

Design molecules with a medicinal-chemistry question, engineer data so a decision is possible, and publish scientific tools that behave like studios rather than slide decks.
Dates come from the CV. Live platforms can be opened. Papers, posters, and outcome statistics are not listed until they exist.
Select a discipline. The map is the argument of the site: pharmacy leads into chemistry, chemistry into design, design into data, data into intelligent tools.
Discipline
The M.Sc. home, at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University: design and synthesis of drug-like heterocycles.
Grouped by practice. No percentage bars.
Competency areas, not scores. The AI group is active work. Azure, Snowflake, Airflow, and the analyst stack are evidenced in the public projects.
Current focus
01
Synthesizing and studying the M.Sc. series aimed at potential anticancer activity.
02
Exploring docking and design methods alongside the synthetic programme, and teaching them in public.
03
Keeping Opraxis, Resonance, CADD Academy, and MedChem Codex useful as living studios.
04
Building intelligent workflows for scientific and analytical work. This is in progress, not a shipped product line.
05
Pipelines, warehouses, and decision-ready reporting — documented in the project library.
